The surgery itself is done under local anaesthesia. The back of the head feels tight for a few days after FUT, which prescribed painkillers control well.

Can I have FUE after FUT?

Yes. FUT leaves the surrounding donor zone largely untouched, so a later FUE session is often possible. FUE grafts can also be placed into the scar.

When do the stitches come out?
